1. Ownership and Acceptance of Terms

This website is owned and operated by Pure Peptide Labs LLC, a Texas-based limited liability company. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Legal Disclaimer and Intended Use

All products offered are not approved by the FDA. They are not classified as drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are sold exclusively for laboratory research and analytical purposes.

PROHIBITED USES:

3. Qualified Purchaser Agreement

By purchasing from this website, you certify that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institutional purchaser capable of safely handling these substances.

You affirm that:

  • You are not purchasing for personal, recreational, or self-use purposes

  • You possess sufficient knowledge and equipment to handle and store research chemicals safely

  • You will comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), as applicable

4. Buyer Assumes Full Responsibility

The Buyer assumes all risks and liabilities related to the handling, use, storage, and disposal of any product purchased.

You acknowledge responsibility for:

  • Implementing safety and hygiene protocols

  • Warning others of potential hazards

  • Preventing unauthorized access or misuse

  • Ensuring lawful and appropriate use of all products

5. No Instruction or Usage Guidance Provided

Pure Peptide Labs does not provide instructions, protocols, or guidance on dosing, reconstitution, preparation, storage for injection, or any route of administration. Any inquiry related to use in or on humans or animals will not be answered.

Pure Peptide Labs is not responsible for the content of third-party discussions, including but not limited to product reviews, blog comments, social media platforms (such as Facebook or Instagram), or independent review sites (such as Trustpilot). Any such content may be inaccurate, unverified, or violate our policies. We do not endorse or support any off-label use or consumption guidance presented by third parties.

6. Compliance with Laws

Buyers must ensure their use complies with:

  • The Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act

  • The Controlled Substances Act, if applicable

7. Monitoring & Enforcement Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws

The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Peptide Labs LLC from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from product misuse.

9. Sales Policy & Restrictions

Pure Peptide Labs reserves the right to:

  • Restrict or limit sales to any customer

  • Cancel or refuse orders without prior notice

  • Enforce policies at its sole discretion

10. Email and Other Communications

By submitting your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from Us, including:

  • Transactional Updates: Order confirmations, shipping notices, and account-related alerts.

  • Marketing Emails: Promotional offers, newsletters, and product announcements.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that terms for our SMS/Mobile Message Service are governed separately under Section 11.

11. SMS Terms

  1. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Pure Peptide Labs, subscribers will receive promotional marketing messages. Message frequency varies.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the short code. After you send “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages. To rejoin, simply sign up again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with “HELP” for assistance or contact [email protected].
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
  6. By participating in the program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages (including cart reminders). Users can expect messages related to the marketing and sale of digital and physical products.

Our products:
